How Available, Redeemable, signup bonus, and referrals work.
How do I create an account?
On the game hub, use WhatsApp login. We need your name, a unique username, and WhatsApp number. A one-time OTP is sent on WhatsApp to verify you.
What are Available tokens?
Available tokens are your spendable balance for play and conversions. New accounts receive a signup bonus into Available — the amount is set by Admin at the moment you join.
What are Redeemable tokens?
Redeemable tokens are the portion eligible for redemption when seasons / redemption are enabled. You can convert some Available into Redeemable using the ratio configured by Admin.
Does changing the signup bonus affect old users?
No. If today the bonus is 500, those 10 signups each keep 500. If Admin sets 1000 tomorrow, only new users get 1000. If it drops to 100, only future signups get 100. Past balances stay in Transaction History as credited.
How do I redeem?
When redemption is live in Admin, request from your game wallet. Admin reviews the request, then settlement follows the published plan (TON path when seasons open). Minimums and enable/disable are controlled from the admin desk.
Where is my Transaction History?
Open the game hub while signed in and tap Transaction history. Signup bonus, referral rewards, conversions, redemptions, and admin adjustments all appear there.
How do referrals work?
Each account gets a short link like game.triotoonz.com/r/CODE. On the hub, click the link to copy it. Friends who join through it can credit your referral.
What is TRIO community chat?
A shared chat on the game hub. Local System AI watches for offenses, alters unsafe messages, and alerts Admin at admin.triotoonz.com.
